I purchased the Evolution X for airline travel, but when an impromptu road trip opportunity arose, I thought...hmmm, let's road test it! So I napped in the car while wearing it, and it worked great. Then my husband tried it and he also loved it. The support it offers your neck is outstanding, yet I didn't get overheated nor was I uncomfortable - quite the opposite. I recommend the Evolution X for napping in the car and I eagerly anticipate using it the next time I fly.

Got this to replace the one it came with as the zip on the original broke. But it always not as good for whatever reason. This one feels solid.
I tested this product on a 4-day business trip; two 90-minute flights in coach class, daily driving in the Washington DC & Baltimore area, and hotel desk chair in the evenings. Loved it! Made a big difference in comfort and no pain. Super easy to inflate and deflate and packs into its dedicated compact carrying pouch. I had spinal fusion two years ago and have a Cushion Lab brand for home and car use but they are not nearly as practical for travel.
I gave it to my daughter and she loves it, especially when traveling by plane!

Cabeau pillows are designed for adults, with proper support for larger heads and necks. It is too big to properly support children under 13.
Turn the pillow upside down and unzip the cover at the bottom seam. Then, gently peel the fabric cover off the foam. If there are toggles, unhook the toggle restraints on each side and slide out. Handle with care to prevent ripping or damaging the cover.
Machine wash the fabric pillow cover on cool settings and tumble dry low. Don’t bleach, iron or dry clean. Do not wash the memory foam insert—wipe down with a damp cloth and let air dry.
Starting at one end, roll the pillow inward, condensing the foam as you go. Roll into a cinnamon roll shape, place it in the bag, and zip closed. Use the straps on the case to clip it to your luggage, bag, purse and more.
