1. Wrap the fabric around the inside of your travel pillow, ensuring the buckle and Cabeau label face upward

2. Wrap each strap around the pillow, feed each strap through the bottom buckle opening first, then loop through the top buckle, tightly pulling the straps all the way through

1. Lift the wings of the headrest up, adjusting as needed
2. Take both straps and tightly pull them up and behind the head wings, keeping the pillow firmly at the base of the headrest
3. Cross the two straps over, wrapping them around the headrest to secure the straps tightly at the base of the headrest.

For maximum support: make sure your neck and pillow are rested up against the plane seat and beneath the headrest. Lift headrest if needed.
